- Avoid overcharging by not leaving the device plugged in for more than two hours to prevent potential damage.
Power On
- Once charged, press and hold the power button for 5 seconds to turn on the device.
- The device will automatically start in low-frequency mode, designed for use in the left hand, ideal for reducing stress, anxiety, and promoting better sleep.
Position the Device
- For optimal results, place the device on specific acupressure points (PC8) and the triple warmer meridian (TW3/TW2).
- Hold the device in your left hand for stress relief and sleep enhancement (low-frequency mode).
