  1. Charge Your Device

    • Fully charge your CalmCarry device before use (approximately 30 minutes).
    • Avoid overcharging by not leaving the device plugged in for more than two hours to prevent potential damage.

  2. Power On

    • Once charged, press and hold the power button for 5 seconds to turn on the device.
    • The device will automatically start in low-frequency mode, designed for use in the left hand, ideal for reducing stress, anxiety, and promoting better sleep.

  3. Position the Device

    • For optimal results, place the device on specific acupressure points (PC8) and the triple warmer meridian (TW3/TW2).
    • Hold the device in your left hand for stress relief and sleep enhancement (low-frequency mode).
    • To activate the high-frequency mode for focus, switch to your right hand and press the power button again.
    • Ensure proper positioning; incorrect placement may prevent feeling the pulse.
