I ordered two of these. One was for my son to take to college. One of them didn't work. The lights did but no volume. and I made arrangements to return it. Before I put it in the mail the company just so happened to contact me to see if we liked them. I explained the situation and told them I would send it back. They asked me to keep it and they would send me out another right away and they did. The lights are fantastic. I have them in my recessed lighting in my bathroom. We can listen to music while taking a shower or bath. You can change the lights to set any desired mood.

Love that I can Control everything about it!

Bought this as a gift for my daughter and was surprised by the quality and the sound it produced. Its not meant to play back super loud but it gets the job done when you feel like listening to ambiance type of sounds at night. And the color changing lets you select the colors you want and even do like a slide show of colors. Also comes with dim capability so you dont have to worry about bright lights when you sleep.

A Light Bulb that plays Music? The future is Now!

This is a great product! Granted, it's not a very bright light. However, the many colors, phases and fact that it pairs with my phone easily outweighs this issue.
The sound is, at Max volume, much louder than expected. The bass, and low mid response is, as expected, minimal at best. Again, for it's intended use, still a great product. I'm buying at least 1 more. That says it.

Connects Easily!

I had it set up in less then a minute. Connection, as with any Bluetooth device is simple. The light works well and the colors are vibrant. Please note, this light only fits in a 5" circular diameter recessed fixture. Anything smaller, the light may not fit in. I had originally intended to place this in our master bathroom, but our recessed lighting In there is smaller then the 5" diameter and the light did not fit. Thereafter, I placed it in my home office. I will listen to my SiriusXM that way now, rather than through my laptop. This item is very good for basic listening at non club levels. I would recommend it.

A Lot of Light Functions!

I love it! I Bluetooth my cell phone to it and play my music. so yes when you turn it on it does make a normal bleep sound. the remote is cool because you can change the songs to skip to the next one with the remote. Also on the remote you can change the color of the light bulb or u can make it flash or strobe light like a party light. Another cool thing that I liked is that you can turn off the light and just keep the music playing. Honestly, I really enjoyed this speaker light bulb its awesome!!!!!
